Maven Real Estate Market - Tableau

I've done a lot of dashboards, but I haven't done a real estate one....until now

The link ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eSS7k5kj will take you to an interactive map of King County real estate with the ability to sort by prices, zip code, building dates and home features.

Truth be told, compared to Excel's geography mapping, I found Tableau a bit clunky. Screen enhancements were limited, zooms went way off course and I wasn't able to put in tables in ways that I usually enjoy doing.

But...here we are and I'm always up for some constructive feedback! #mavenanalytics #realestate #dataanalytics #tableau
