Performed data cleaning on the telecom dataset, and created insightful visualization revealing the churn rate (26.86%), resulting in an 18% decrease in revenue.

Identified the age (20-40 Yrs.), reason, gender, and region of the churned customers.

Developed interactive and insightful report using Power BI.
