Project Introduction:
This business report summarizes the sales data of Maven Toy stores across Mexico from January 2022 to September 2023. I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive KPI dashboard for tracking and analyzing toy sales in the Mexican market. The project aimed to provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives in the toy retail sector.

Key Findings:
- Toys Category Considered the most profitable category, Always ensures availability in stock, especially in locations like Commercial and downtown.
- Arts & Crafts Category is the**** Second most profitable category, Profits have been declining since April 2023, consistently below average.
- Games Category Shows a constant upward trend in profit, Maven should capitalize on the growth in arts and crafts in the coming years.
- Sales Strategy Notice a decline in sales in February and August, Offer discounts during these months to boost sales and profits.
- Top Performing Products Playdoh Can and Deck of Cards are the two most profitable products, Sales are affected by low inventory levels, necessitating a priority in restocking
- Product Recommendation Uno cards are the worst-performing product and should be discontinued.
Conclusion:
Maven Toys should prioritize maintaining a robust toy inventory, capitalize on the growing Arts & Crafts category, and reevaluate the declining Electronics section. Strategic discounts during low-sales months can boost overall profitability. Discontinuing underperforming Uno cards and ensuring consistent availability of top products like Playdoh Can and Deck of Cards will further enhance market competitiveness.
